The main tasks of the employee are:
- helping clients implement IT service management practices based on industry standards in cooperation with Service Integration and Management consultants
- skillful management of IT services to optimize and ensure that services are compatible, efficient and effective using the ServiceNow platform
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Administrator
- 1-2 years of experience working as a ServiceNow Developer
- professional experience in programming in any language
- knowledge of the basics of Agile and SCRUM
- great attention to detail
- strong team spirit and willingness to integrate
- excellent knowledge of the English language
An additional advantage will be:
- ServiceNow Application Developer certificate
- ServiceNow Scripting certificate
- experience in coding in JavaScript
- experience in working with relational databases
- experience in working with LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services
